After a long search we finally found and successfully purchased our dream first home, and Team Marco were so helpful through the whole process. We were tired of pushy agents who consistently gave misleading price guides, but this was not the case at all with Marco and Brooke. They were incredibly patient, informative and transparent at every step, had great communication through the negotiations process, and were friendly and a pleasure to work with. We couldn’t be happier with the experience - a huge thank you!

This is a letter of recommendation for Marco Errichiello and the team at Rich & Oliva. We first met the team when purchasing our property through their agency 14 years ago. Our buying experience was positive and highly professional. When the time came to manage the property, we had no hesitations in handing it back to Marco’s team to find a suitable tenant. Once we were ready to sell, Marco and Billy launched a fantastic campaign with great photos and videos that showcased the best aspects our home could offer for a new family. We trusted the team entirely and headed off on our holiday while the campaign was underway. We returned to find a large pool of interested buyers and were thrilled to accept an above-reserve offer before the auction. We found the whole process incredibly seamless. The presentation and marketing of our property was first-class. The feedback we received while we were away was consistently detailed and thoughtful, and achieving a great price, particularly before the auction, was the icing on the cake; we couldn’t be happier. - Joe & Sue

When it was time to sell the family home in Ashbury choosing Marco and the team from Rich&Oliva was an easy decision based on their track record. They put together a great campaign, kept me informed and made sure that we achieved the best possible price with the buyers we had at hand. We were pleased to be able to sell the property for a great price under auction conditions.

We couldn’t be happier! Marco, George, Brooke, and Riccardo did an outstanding job selling our investment property. They executed a fantastic marketing campaign, kept us well-informed throughout the process, and on auction day, they had plenty of salespeople on hand to assist each buyer. Leading up to the auction, we were quite nervous, as there had been a few disappointing sales in the area. However, Marco and the team reassured us that we were in a strong position—with 33 contracts issued, our property well-presented, and significant buyer interest—which gave us confidence that we would achieve a better sale price than other recent local sales. And that’s exactly what happened! We had a high number of registered buyers, strong bidding, and an outstanding auctioneer, supported by a great team that helped push the sale price well beyond our reserve. For anyone looking to sell locally, we highly recommend this fantastic team!

Brian’s expertise in the Croydon market was evident from our first meeting. He detailed the entire process, including market trends, helping us understand the best approach and time to sell. From our very first meeting we felt we had the best agent to support us through the process, ensuring we got the best price for our property. Brian’s professionalism and efficiency was remarkable. He assisted us to expedite the paperwork, presentation of the home and viewings. He kept us up to date with weekly report and was always available to answer any questions we had. Brian’s strategy during the negotiation phase was very impressive, as he leveraged his market knowledge to our advantage, which enabled us to have the property up on the market at the best time and the most bidders for a great Auction result. Our trust in Brian grew with every interaction. His professionalism, attention to detail, reliability and expertise ensured a smoothest sale experience for our family, and we are beyond grateful for his help and support. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who delivers outstanding service, Brian is the one!

When it came time for us to downsize and move, we contacted someone we trusted. Having worked with Rich and Oliva years ago to sell my mother’s home, we had no hesitation in listing our place with Marco and Suzanne! From day 1 they guided us through the auction process and shouldered the burden of organising small repairs, cleaning and choosing a stylist for the place. On auction day, we sold above the reserve and were delighted. The team were in touch with us regularly and were very professional and supportive. We would work with them again if the need arises! Thank you team!

Marco and the team went above and beyond in presenting our property, providing top-tier marketing and constant updates. Their tireless effort, including weekend inspections, led to a great auction result. Their outstanding service is why they've sold our property three times in 30 years.

After living in Cheviot Street for over 60 years, it was time to sell the family home. We chose Rich & Olivia for their long standing involvement in the Ashbury community. And what a great choice that was! Marco was excellent in explaining the sale process with a calm and precise demeanour. Attention to detail was present throughout the sale campaign. Brooke was a delight to deal with, always touching base to make sure we were okay and answering any questions we had. The sale campaign was well thought out and went without any problems. Even down to refreshments and brochures for house inspections. Auction day went without a hitch, with Emma being the Auctioneer. We achieved the price we were hoping for and it was the perfect end to a wonderful experience with all of the Rich x Oliva team.

Billy was recently involved in the sale of my property. He was genuine and professional and even in tougher market conditions, still worked hard to follow up every lead and go above and beyond to promote the property to potential buyers. He has very good knowledge of the Canterbury area.
