My family had owned the property in Ashbury for approximately 50 years. It was now time for her to sell the home. We conducted a little more research and saw all their online testimonials and felt quite comfortable employing in employing Marco and the team Rich & Oliva. We went ahead and prepared the property to present at its best, and it certainly looked fantastic. Having an appealing product to sell definitely assisted the agent in creating fantastic photos and videography for our home which resulted in a great response. We held our auction on Sunday, which I felt was the right decision, buyers seemed calm and relaxed. The auction took longer than expected so having the time on a Sunday worked out very well. The auctioneer and the team worked extremely hard all the way through the campaign & on auction day we were really pleased to see not only Marco and Billy on site but George, Deven, Hellio, Brian and Suzanne it was pleasing to see so many staff members willing to help out at our auction. I think the combined efforts of the marketing, presentation, experience in the area, a great auctioneer and large team on auction day achieved a great result and a smooth easy transaction.

When the time came to sell the family property in Ashbury (which has been with us for close to 60 years !), there was no hesitation going to Marco, Billy and the team at Rich & Oliva to sell the property This is the third time I’ve employed the firm to sell a property for me, and they never failed to disappoint. I was a little nervous with their suggestion of a Sunday auction, but being experts in the area I trusted their opinion. It certainly paid dividends not only did we receive an extra open home which made an extra difference on Sunday, but the relaxed atmosphere and the time made all the difference in achieving an outstanding result.
