Marco is one of those rare agents who listens to your needs as a buyer, presents options and cares about the outcome for all parties. He was very knowledgeable about the market and the area that we were looking in Croydon/Croydon Park and was a clear communicator. We would highly recommend Marco and the team at Rich & Olivia and use them again. Thanks for everything, it has been lifechanging!

We are very pleased with the way our property was handled to market. Wanted to say thank you for all your professionalism in handling the sale of our property. We had some hurdles, but we seem to have covered them well. I was really pleased at how I was kept completely informed. It seemed like a seamless process with minimal stress, but most importantly, a great result on the day. I was really pleased to see that the whole team kept working, even after the property was called on the market. Karolina

Given the current market conditions and with the interest rates at probably their peak, Marco could achieve a great price for our Ashbury home. The persistence and the calm approach helped us achieve great results. At no time did Marco pressure us to sell. I am happy to recommend Marco and his team.

We have a great relationship with the team at Rich Oliva and they always have our best interests at heart. They sold our property in Park Avenue for a great price which was such a relief. The auctioneer Clarence White did an outstanding job and so did the whole team to keep the bidding alive. We were pleased with the marketing campaign, the communication we received throughout the process from Marco which was clear, straightforward and concise. We were pleased with the whole process. We feel that Marco and the team at Rich and Oliva are a hard-working and trustworthy team.

Marco and the Team at Rich & Oliva recently managed the sale of our family home. The service provided was first class, and also very personalized and friendly and they were always quick to respond,. After Mum's passing the home was quickly listed, There were always some issues being the executive of the Will, however, we felt comfortable dealing with Rich & Oliva as I had great confidence in them and they did not let me down.

We employed the Marco, Billy and the team at Rich & Oliva Real Estate as they had a strong reputation in the area and put together a very comprehensive proposal at Auction the property fell slightly short of our expectations. It was great to see team continue to work diligently and through the Christmas break and it was certainly worth the weight with an improved result. We were pleased with the customer communication and marketing and happy with the result at the end.

Marco and the Team at Rich & Oliva recently managed the sale of our family home. The service provided was professional and also very personal and friendly. After the passing of my Mum the house went on to the market. There are always many issues being handled following the passing of a relative and as the executor of Mum's Will and now living out of Sydney I felt very comfortable dealing with Rich & Oliva as I had great confidence in them and they did not let me down

Selling a family home is, I'm sure always a nervous time particularly if you are the executor for a deceased estate. A chat with Billy while waiting for the auction to start helped me relax and also built confidence we had chosen the right agent. Billy was extremely polite when greeting the potential bidders and was well prepared to answer questions about the property. Thanks Billy for your efforts in achieving a very good outcome for all.
