My sister and I can’t speak highly enough of the Marco and the team from Rich & Oliva as selling agents. From our first meeting we were impressed by his integrity and sincerity, also the way the property would be presented. We were regularly updated by either e-mail or text. Luckily for us Rich & Oliva came so highly recommended we did not need to look elsewhere, so we have no hesitation in recommending Marco and his team from Rich & Oliva. With Thanks Annette & Janelle

Dear Marco & Riccardo, When we first made the decision to put our property on the market, we were anxious about the stress we would be put under for the next few weeks. From the outset, Marco Errichiello at Rich and Oliva put our minds at ease with a clear plan for the sale of the house. He would set time aside to meet with us or answer phone calls whenever we had any questions about the work needed to be done, keeping transparent correspondence with us the whole way through. We were never left in the dark. Marco also took care of all of the behind-the-scenes orchestration that made the whole experience smooth for us. In the sale of the house he was very respectful of our wishes and never pushed us beyond our comfort zone. He did an excellent job by us and went beyond all of our expectations. Thank you Marco! We would recommend Rich and Oliva's services to anyone interested in selling or looking to purchase property. The whole team were so friendly and professional from beginning to end and gave us the best possible outcome. Kind regards Theodora
