Marco and the team at Rich & Oliva came highly recommended. I did my research online and realised a friend of mine had used the company before and had nothing but high praise for them. When Marco came to see me, he quickly realised there was a lot of work to do in preparing the home for market . He was able to organise great tradespeople to take care of decluttering, gardening and cleaning. They made sure the property looked its best using our existing furniture before it was photographed. In regards to the marketing, I couldn’t be happier. It looked first class, had a huge audience, the home was shown to prospective buyers seven days a week and I was kept completely informed. On auction day everything ran like clockwork. The auctioneer was excellent, and before we knew it we had a record price from buyers who are very excited to be the new owners of the property. If anyone is looking for a professional, hard-working and friendly real estate team that can do it all, Rich & Oliva are your people.
