I chose Rich and Oliva to sell my deceased mother’s house because they had the best value for their sales and advertising package and the lowest commission. Also, Marco, from Rich and Oliva, came across as genuine and was sensitive to the emotional impact of selling my mother’s house. He wasn’t ‘pushy’ and listened to my views and concerns. I made the best decision as Marco and his team kept me informed at all stages via phone and emails and always returned my calls. I was always informed when possible buyers wanted to inspect the house outside Open House times. The advertising package was excellent. Thank you to Marco and the team from Rich and Oliva for selling and negotiating a great price for my Mum’s “old and in need of attention” home. I have since highly recommended Rich and Oliva to a friend who is also wanting to sell her deceased mother’s house because the team was so supportive and helpful.
