Marco recommended that I take my house in Croydon to auction to capitalise on the strong market. I was a bit reluctant as I had tried to sell it at auction before with another agent, but on auction day I did not get one bid and it was passed in. However from the first open Marco was able to generate lots of interest with the house presenting beautifully by the stylist he used to furnish the house. On auction day there were five bidders and multiple bids, which pushed the price to well over the reserve. I did not expect that result and I am thrilled with the outcome.
