A Caring Professional From our first meeting Marco was a standout. Passionate about what he does, knowledgeable about the area and a very considerate person, nothing was too much trouble. Being overseas for the entire campaign was not a problem. I was kept abreast of each inspection with statistical analysis each week. I felt very well informed. Rich and Oliva have an extensive list of contacts that were able to help us with painting, cleaning and garden maintenance. Again these were organised with a minimum of fuss and at reasonable pricing. Marco's confidence and capability took so much pressure off my shoulders. Our final meeting prior to the auction day was so helpful. Selling my family's home was going to be stressful but Marco anticipated all of my questions and put me completely at ease. Every step of the process was explained and no question was too trivial. The auction day ran exactly as he said it would.
