Having known Marco and the team for almost 30 years, they were the only choice when it came time to sell Mum’s property. They have a strong presence in the Inner West and, most importantly, we trust them. Once Marco inspected the property, he helped guide us through the preparation process. He organised painters and gardeners, and for a home of its age, it ended up presenting beautifully. Throughout the entire campaign, Marco kept us completely informed. We always knew what was happening and what to expect heading into auction day. The auction itself started a little slower than expected, but the team worked extremely hard to achieve a result that we felt was fair for the home — and even a little more. The auctioneer, Clarence White, did a great job, and we were very pleased with the outcome. The team worked hard not only on auction day but throughout the whole campaign.
