Rich and Oliva went above and beyond to assist me in purchasing a unit, meeting me twice outside scheduled open home viewing times to inspect the property prior to purchase, and providing access to the property on two occasions prior to settlement to inspect the unit and plan minor improvements, so I could have the property tenanted as soon as possible after completing my purchase.
