Always much appreciation for Jackson and the team at Richard Matthews. I have purchased several properties from them over the years for my Clients and I always find the process to be very professional, friendly and straightforward which allows for minimal stress during what can be a stressful environment. Thank you Jackson as always.

Take a look of review as above and I trust you will handle your for sale property to Ken confidently.

My husband dealt with Matthew and his team during the selling process, although the selling price is much lower than we expected, according to him, Matthew is genuine, very pleasant to work with. Overall, it is positive experience for us.

This was the first time that we have sold a property and Stevan was very patient and supportive through the whole sale process. His experience and knowledge was helpful before and during the marketing campaign and although the auction didn’t achieve the result we’d hoped, Stevan continued to work hard over the next few days, showing the property day and night to ensure the best possible outcome was achieved. We are thrilled with the result and hope that the new owners love living in Botanica as much as we did!

Stevan was lovely to work with in securing the property we were interested in. Informative and forthcoming in answering any questions that we had. Kept checking in on us throughout the process to see how he could help which was welcome. Though brief, it was a pleasure to deal with him. We wish him all the best in the future.

I am thrilled to write this review for our Cherry who recently helped us sell our house above the reserve price and exceeded all our expectations. Right from the beginning, Cherry was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the market. Cherry and Jackson took the time to understand our needs and preferences, and provided us with valuable insights on how we could position our property for the best outcome. They also helped us to determine the appropriate reserve price for our home, which ultimately led to a successful sale. Throughout the process, they kept us informed and updated on all developments, and was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. They also worked tirelessly to promote our property, using a range of marketing tools to attract potential buyers. They negotiated skillfully on our behalf and ultimately secured a price that exceeded our expectations. Overall, we were extremely impressed with the entire Richard Matthew's team professionalism, expertise, and dedication. They went above and beyond to help us sell our property, and we couldn't be happier with the result. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home, and would definitely use their services again in the future. Thank you for everything!
