Cherry helped us to sell a rental property at an auction. The turn out was great. The price did not reach to what we expected but it was a good outcome in that market condition. Cherry helped us to sell another rental property straight after, she managed to help us to sell it off market so that it saved us on marketing costs and many admin costs.
