Matthew was highly recommended to me through a friend. Matthew is very professional in his work, also caring & supportive. The house we sold was my uncles who had lived there for over 40 years. Many ties to the house. Was not easy to let go of. Matthew personally went out of his way to advertise the house. The photo were the selling point. Very well presented. The house went on the market Thursday, Open Day on the Saturday, Sold on the Monday. Sold with in 4 Days. The house sold more then the asking Price. This was a big surprise. After doing my homework on realestate agents in the Strathfield area, Sayde and I chose to go with the agent that was spoken about the worst by other agents and solicitors. I was upfront to him on my feelings about realestate agents and their negative reputation as a career, but Mathew was different, could not put my finger on it at the beginning. Well ,after a auction that did not get the price we wanted, and then the two extra months on the market, he found the buyer. Mathew was actually working for me to deliver what we wanted, he made no promises, but his commitment to communication was first class, he and his team successfully represented our thoughts and beliefs to get us the best price possible and they did. I highly recommend that you give him and his team a chance and I'm sure they will not dissapoint.
