You may not associate the word 'Trust' with an Agent, but I can confidently say Marney is an Agent that you can trust will act in your best interest. She was realistic with expectations from the start around price point and we had numerous conversations due to the changes in market conditions. Throughout the campaign, Marney was always transparent in communication and extremely responsive. She never made it an issue if we needed to either call or message her with concerns and responded as soon as she could and was flexible with timings of open houses around us. She got us the best outcome and did not compromise on price just to get the sale. Thank you Marney and the team at Richard Matthews, we know you did all you could and worked tirelessly for us. My Mrs and I finally came to the decision to sell our home. We touched base with local real estate agents but we made sure to shop around first. During the campaign Marney never ever negotiated a lower price just so the house could be sold, she remained positive, professional and strong in her approach to potential clientele.
