But Richard and Thomas did exactly that, selling our home for 5% more than we had expected. And in only 2 weeks! Their communication was clear and they were very responsive (I wasn't sure how with such busy schedules they never seemed to miss a call) and despite our property being a lesser value home we felt like we were treated like tier A customers. We felt like Richard and Thomas truly cared about us and what we were trying to achieve through the whole process and even after the sale they still would check in to see how everything was going and if they could do anything to support us. Richard's knowledge of the area, decades of experience and authenticity really work for you as the vendor as he has built trusted relationships within the community giving him the upper hand in being able to find the right buyer for your home.
