Jackson was an absolute life saver!

My partner and I were super lucky we used Jackson to sell our apartment! He absolutely hit the nail on the head and made the entire process incredibly seamless. Jackson shared so much industry knowledge and was an absolute proffessional throughout the sale. Together, with Jacksons advice, we devised a sales plan and were able to stick to it. He's communication was exceptional (added into a Whatsapp group for easy contact) and response times were amazing. It was honestly super easy to get a hold of Jackson and the 3 of us were in constant contact with updates throughout. It really felt as though Jackson was on our side and really working with us to get the best sale possible. He was readily available to run numerous inspections throughout the short campaign and spent the time to open lines of communication with potential buyers. Even when the initial photos were taken and marketing content was created, he had great attention to detail and was meticulous in making sure it was perfect. We had also given Jackson quite a difficult time frame to work around and he nailed it! This is the 3rd sale we have made and by far, the best agent we've used. We're stoked with what he was able to achieve! Would definitely recommend.

Great communication, fantastic energy, incredibly hardworking and refreshingly honest.

Jackson was top tier from the very beginning. His communication was excellent and he took the time to clearly explain the entire process to us right at the start, which gave us a lot of confidence. We originally engaged Jackson to sell our apartment in a few months’ time, but when we unexpectedly found another property earlier than planned, he had our apartment on the market within a week. He even set up a WhatsApp group with my husband and I so that all communication was transparent and we were always on the same page. What really stood out was that Jackson didn’t come across as money-driven (which can be rare in real estate). He genuinely seemed focused on getting the best outcome for us and making sure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. I was very clear from the start that I’m not someone who deals well with sales spin — I just wanted honesty — and that’s exactly what Jackson delivered. If we ever sell or buy again, we will 10000% be using Jackson again.
