Outstanding communication and assistance.

We have known Matt on a professional basis over the years so choosing him to sell our house was a no brainer. We knew he was extremely professional and courteous and had a lot of knowledge in the industry but Matt and his team actually surpassed our expectations. The level of service given was incredible from even before we signed Matt up. He was always willing to give his time and answer our questions and had a way of making possible issues (in my head) just dissolve and left me relaxed and calm about the whole process. This is a gift not everyone has but Matt has it in spades. Between Matt and Vernon they got a sale we are extremely happy with and best of all didn’t have to go to auction. A great process with a great outcome!

We met up with Matthew several times, long before we signed him as our agent. He was always happy to drop in and have a chat and answer all our questions about selling and to provide an appraisal. After we signed we got an even higher level of service and always knew what was going on with our sale. Matthew really earned his fee in the days leading up to our auction when he secured a great deal and meant we avoided the stress of an auction. Nothing ever felt out of our control or pushy. Next time we sell, I know who we will be calling. Five stars!
