We have known Matt on a professional basis over the years so choosing him to sell our house was a no brainer. We knew he was extremely professional and courteous and had a lot of knowledge in the industry but Matt and his team actually surpassed our expectations. The level of service given was incredible from even before we signed Matt up. He was always willing to give his time and answer our questions and had a way of making possible issues (in my head) just dissolve and left me relaxed and calm about the whole process. This is a gift not everyone has but Matt has it in spades. Between Matt and Vernon they got a sale we are extremely happy with and best of all didn’t have to go to auction.
