Ken is the Best!

15 January 2018 I'm not a new player in the real estate market. I've been around for some time. Recently, Ken Miyagawa sold my property not only in very difficult times (falling market) but under extremely difficult circumstances as well. Ken made it happen!! Only Ken can do it. He is the Best! Look no further. He is very prompt and efficient in his communication and organisational skills. He is quick to get back to me whenever I have a question. He kept me informed of all inspections with accurate, honest and valuable feedback. He would go the extra mile to for you which is very valuable. Ken and Matthew are a good team and both of them were encouraging but realistic in the expectations I should have regarding the sale outcome. Ken is very hard working, approachable, helpful, respectful and professional. He gives you over and above what is expected. I have no hesitation in recommending him to my family and friends.
