She demonstrated superior market knowledge and tenacity, which showed in her approach to leasing our property. She gave us recommendations, arranged relevant trades to assist us, marketed the property well and found tenants that fit our target requirements. All considerations were handled swiftly - Celeste jumped onto our issues immediately, resolving them within hours. Throughout this entire journey she was an excellent communicator, very responsive and managed expectations well. She was also genuine and honest, which are exceedingly rare traits in this industry!
