Scott Wilson - A genuine good guy - my Agent

I have been asked to Rate My Agent - Scott Wilson from Richardson and Wrench at Umina Beach following my recent purchase of property in the area. From the moment I first contacted Scott enquiring about the inspection of a property I had seen advertised, he was just so helpful in making this happen for me, especially as I was a visitor to the Central Coast and had no transport. We chatted for a while, and Scott gave me some good information about the property on the phone, and I agreed to take a look, so he arranged to pick me up a couple of days later at the address where I was staying, and take me to look at the property. I mentioned to Scott that I had never purchased a property on my own prior to this, and he assured me that he would be there to help me every step of the way. And he kept his word…… I went on to purchase the property and Scott was always there, looking out for me as promised, and helping me every step of the way. I couldn’t have done it without him. So right from the very beginning, Scott went way above and beyond what I expected from him, but then that is Scott, he is a genuine good guy. He was always on the phone keeping me updated, and he was always reassuring me when it all became so overwhelming at times. Scott is definitely a genuine good guy, who wants to ensure that his client feels that their agent is giving them the best service he can give ….. 110%, and making them feel comfortable with the whole Real Estate journey ….. in my case purchasing. I feel very blessed to have had Scott as my agent, his experience, empathy, honesty and being such a genuine good guy helped me tremendously and I can’t recommend him highly enough. Thank you Scott, you really are the best.
