A Little Review from Lien Vu, Sweeney Werribee customer since 2009 to now...
Since I bought this investment property back in 2009 and I have chosen Sweeney Werribee to look after my property and they have done a really great job and the staff overall really helpful (Jessica, Gorica & Marc....) and their customer service I have to say the best out of few other Sweeney that I know in town. My house was never left with no tenants, I think Sweeney Werribee are excellent in property rentals. When I decided to sell the property once again it did not take long, Peter Richardson helped me with a great deal and given me confidence that I can sell the house at the price that I have asked for. Integrity and communication
Listened and adhered to my needs and preferences, while clear and fair in explaining options. Achieved a quick sale and settlement, still gaining me a very good price. Excellent at managing situation in regard to me being interstate. What is most significant for me was Peter took responsibility and showed integrity with 'rectifying ' an unintended miscommunication. As an older single vendor the trust, honesty and integrity of an agent are even more important than sales figures. Thank you Peter.
