Thank you Jake and Richardson’s

After initially talking to two other agents and receiving their proposals, then via a recommendation, talking to Richardson’s, I felt that Richardson’s were the agency best suited for me. I only had my gut (and thar recommendation) to go with the choice, as I was conducting the sale of my Colac property from interstate, so had to have the utmost faith in someone to act on my behalf honestly and to get me the best deal. After a slow start, (thanks to the unusual world we were/are living in), Jake became the primary agent looking after my sale - I could not have asked for anyone more perfect. He communicated with me at every point of the remaining campaign and the sale process and achieved a great return for me. I am one happy interstater and would recommend Jake and Richardson’s anytime.
