Troy was great from the start, he knew we had a time line with the property and that it needed to be sold by a certain date. From the moment it hit the market he was all over it having open days and inspections and he delivered. The house sold in the time frame given so for that we are very grateful and much appreciative.

I would certainly recommend Richardson Real Estate

Jake and Eddie were interested in learning about me and my situation. They showed empathy and compassion and I felt they were really invested in my experience given that I was doing this alone. Jake was very transparent and explained the process and was happy to work with my family members. I was extremely happy with the price they achieved for me which now has set me up for a happy new chapter in my life near my grandchildren and family. All in all Jake's efforts were above and beyond

Knowledge was great. Communication was fantastic, I was always kept in the loop with inspections, open days, expressions of interest ect. Always went out of his way if I had any questions or concerns and couldn't fault any of his advice. All in all Jake's efforts were above and beyond, highly recommend and will definitely be using him in the future without a doubt.
