Professional, dedicated and Knowledgeable
My husband and I have been overwhelmingly impressed with Ann's dedication, knowledgeable and efficient work. She is an Estate with extensive real estate knowledge and excellent communication skills. She responds on the spot and is always happy to help. We attribute the successful sale of our house, although only being on the market for a short time, to Ann's knowledgeable, persistent and dedicated approach and understanding of the market. We would not hesitate to recommend Ann as your agent.

Sale was achieved
I felt that I had to make most of the calls to find out what was happening with this sale. At times my calls were responded to by txts which indicated to me that Ann did not want to return a call and speak to me. Our main issue was that we were selling this property when we lived in another State and we did not have a close feel of how the market was going in QLD. We relied heavily on that communication and at times we felt that txts were not appreciated. We also found that the property was listed for weeks without appropriate photos. It was not until I mentioned this that that problem was amended. There were other issues with encouraging us to take a lower offer with a potential buyer that disappeared off the face of the earth for a number of weeks. A sale was achieved which I am grateful for but these things made our experience fairly average.

She made it happen!
We live in Canberra and we were not able to meet with Ann at any time during the sale of our investment property. Due to Ann's effective communication we were kept up to date every step of the way. The open communication inspired confidence in us and her experience showed as she expertly managed the sale. She also provided clear instructions regarding the documentation we were required to produce and she tried to minimize expenses regarding reports from third parties wherever possible. Ann's power in negotiation was exceptional even though we had to sell at a loss she got the best possible price for us considering the depressed market. We would certainly refer Ann to our family and friends should a referral opportunity occur.

Great agent
Ann was available when we needed to find an apartment. She was punctual and responded promptly to emails and phone messages. If she did not know something, she found it out for us in real time. She was friendly without being smarmy or suffocating and shared her knowledge of the area and market without being condescending.

Enthusiastic and knowledgeable agent who sold our property quickly.
