From the moment I met Adele, I could see she only had my mum's best interest at heart. She understood mum's situation, she was honest with her market value. Has years of experience in Blackheath. She showed properties similar to mum's, and presented well. She is clear and concise, she advised in the best possible way to present mum's home. We took her advice and it paid off. Her communication is excellent, always asking if there was something else she could do. Was there any questions, what our expectations were. Adele made sure she included myself in all communication and updates with mum, as mum was easily confused. Adele could see my elderly mum was worried, and sad about having to give up her home. There was a moment when my mum was agitated and completely overwhelmed. Adele just reached across and put her hand over my mum's hand and said everything is going to be ok Brenda. She organised the conveyancer, whom was also very good with mum. She took my mum in straight away, nothing was too hard. If mum didn't have the information she was reassuring and said, thats ok Brenda I can sort this out for you, don't worry about anything. Adele advised us the best possible way to display mum's place, and also the advertising. She did not try to up sell or take advantage of my mum's situation. She advised mum not to allow people into her home unless accompanied by someone from her Real Estate or herself. Within a week of mum's house going on the market, it sold. Adele was able to get $50,000 above the asking price. My mum Brenda and myself would recommend Adele to any vendor looking to sell their home in Blackheath. You won't be sorry, she is thorough and has vast knowledge and she is honest.
