I first came across Andre when we did the initial inspection of the property we ended up purchasing. He was courteous, friendly, and just a down-to-earth person to deal with. Throughout the campaign, we had many information requests, and Andre would always be forthcoming with information and follow up in a timely manner with information as requested. He dug up everything from building inspection reports, through to checking things with the vendor and even put us in touch with neighbours. In addition to representing his vendors' interests, he did everything in his powers to make it a seamless and enjoyable experience for us as the buyers too. Andre was extremely helpful in the selling of my father's unit. Due to Covid, the situation was tricky as I was in a lockdown area and unable to do much personally. Andre came up with a multi level selling plan and when option 1 did not work we moved to option 2 and sold the unit very quickly. Andre sorted out all the tradespeople needed to fix the unit up and the marketing and dressing. He made my life very easy and I would highly recommend him.
