Dasha was very knowledgeable and helpful and made the buying process a breeze. While 100 per cent working for the vendor she still made us as the buyers feel comfortable as well which no doubt helps prices and sales! Would work with her in a heartbeat as a vendor if I sell.

Andre is that rare mix of intelligence and integrity combined with a heart the size of a Range Rover
Rarely in life do you come across an extraordinary gentleman like Andre Frack. Andre's office has faithfully looked after my two Sydney properties for over 20 years. One in particular had constant maintenance challenges which Andre's team managed without complaint. I have no knowledge of either the Sydney market or the process of selling properties. It's a tangled web of complexities from expert local knowledge of the Eastern Suburbs to strategy, marketing and negotiation. It's also deeply personal. You've owned this properties for a long time. You have had the relationship with Andre and the team for 20 years. Andre managed each step brilliantly making the entire complex experience flawless. Financially the final result was significantly way above my wildest dreams. This in no small part was thanks to Andre's knowledge and leadership. If I may add one more point that does not relate directly to me. There was an issue with one of the buyers which caused a very slight delay. I would imagine in an industry choking on skinny suits and shiny shoes that there would be some who might take advantage of such a situation. Andre looked after not just my interests as the seller but also the interests of the buyer. I've never written a review in my life. I only do so because Andre really is that good. It is without hesitation that I highly recommend both the expert skill set and the character of Andre Frack.
