My family had a block of 4 units and wished to sell by auction. I made one telephone call and spoke to Andre Frack in September 2016. From the telephone conversation I was 100% sure I had engaged the right person and the estate agent to sell it . Andre proposed a strategy that allowed him a trial for one month as he had a collection of clients who could be interested . If by the end of one month it was not sold then we would spend money to advertise and have the property auctioned . We agreed with his strategy . As soon as we signed the sales agreement Andre immediately showed many of his clients and associates . The result was excellent .
