From our initial meeting to discuss the potential sale of a family owned unit, Andre and his team offered excellent advice regarding how to best present the property for sale, and their good relationships with various trades people was of great assistance in readying the property for sale within a very tight time frame, to achieve a sale before Christmas. Andre's assistant, Jennifer has a great "can do" attitude, and was very helpful with tradesmen, and she and Andre were respectful in their approach to giving notice to a long term tenant. Throughout the process I found Andre to be friendly, polite & communicative via phone calls, SMS and email, and responsive to our requests and queries. Andre achieved a large number of inspections through the unit from his data base, before the property was openly advertised. He and Dasha Goldman worked tirelessly to promote our property, and took may potential buyers through the unit for first or follow-up viewings, outside the scheduled open for inspections. I am sure that their communicative, honest and respectful approach with potential buyers was instrumental in achieving competitive auction, and an excellent sale price which surpassed our expectations. I would recommend Andre Frack to anyone selling property in Bondi Junction and surrounding suburbs.

My family had a block of 4 units and wished to sell by auction. I made one telephone call and spoke to Andre Frack in September 2016. From the telephone conversation I was 100% sure I had engaged the right person and the estate agent to sell it . Andre proposed a strategy that allowed him a trial for one month as he had a collection of clients who could be interested . If by the end of one month it was not sold then we would spend money to advertise and have the property auctioned . We agreed with his strategy . As soon as we signed the sales agreement Andre immediately showed many of his clients and associates . The result was excellent . We managed to sell the property with a very good price and without having to spend on advertising. We did not even have to have a meeting between us . All communication was done by telephone, email or by text messages . I have had considerable experience buying and selling properties, dealing with estate agents and professional sales persons . With my recent experience selling the property, I rate Mr Andre Frack with SIX ( 6 ) STARS in his profession . He is very experienced, hardworking, an excellent negotiator, and polite with excellent communication skills.
