Major lack of communication or updates on visits to the property. Not vetting potential buyers which caused significant delay in the selling of the property. After three contracts the property was eventually sold, however the flow on effect was increase in costs. It appeared the agent did not feel the property was worth the money we actually got in the end as he was reluctant to negotiate with the potential buyer even when this was requested of him. He appeared to be working for the purchasers not the seller and was more concerned with the rental management. Very disappointed to be honest.
