If I am to transact again in this market it will be with Blake. He took the time to understand OUR needs, and work towards a result that met and exceeded them. Not just financially, but ethically and efficiently. If I could give 10 stars I would. Blake has a generosity of spirit that is severely lacking these days and to be lucky enough to meet him and do business was an absolute pleasure. Choose your agents wisely and the experience can be either a nightmare or an informed dream. Blake provided the latter. He is going to be in the top 1% of his industry.
