Trustworthy and reliable agent
I've been dealing with Scott since 2015 when he helped us buy an investment property in Queensland and we are based in NSW. In a 1 day trip we had secured our property and Scott looked after the rest from there with his team managing the rent for us. Fast forward to 2021 and Scott was selling the property for us. With his experience and marketing campaign he got us 11 offers within 4 days at a much higher than expected price. Great Honest Service
When I approached Scott, R & W Caboolture, to sell my house I was won over by his genuine nature. What I really liked was that he was honest and set realistic expectations with his sale price appraisal. The buyers' floodgate opened when the property hit the market and Scott was in touch with me at least once a day to let me know what was going on and the most effective way to handle the frenzy. Scott achieved a fantastic sale price for us and we couldn't be happier. I also liked that he respectfully took care of my tenants during the open home viewing. I would definitely use Scott again and highly recommend his service.
