I asked Scott to sell one of my investment properties in late 2015 due to his strong knowledge of the local market and conditions. His overall enthusiasm, excitement at getting the listing, love of the real estate industry generally and reputation locally as a good bloke is un-matched and obviously and a strong point of difference compared with many other agents I have met over the years. The print and on-line advertisements, open for inspection events, one-on-one contact with potential buyers, a vastly superior social media presence and other methods engaged to attract buyers all generated strong interest and multiple offers. A realistic list price, a strong marketing campaign and weekly or better updates on how the process was progressing certainly put my mind at ease throughout the whole process. Scott also helped both me (as the seller) and a nervous first home buyer through through the process once the contract had been signed. He's now selling a second property for me and I'm confident of another good result in the near future.
