We had an excellent experience with Richardson and Wrench Campbelltown. Upon acquiring our property, we spoke with numerous agents who appraised the property just on the basis on the number of bedrooms without even looking at the property photos and whats included. We then spoke with Jessica Spencer from R&W Campbelltown a few times over the phone and met with her in person. She had a look at the property and inclusions such as having a solar panels, spa, upgraded fixtures, etc. She also took notice that the property is in excellent condition and had a very good layout. She listened to what we were hoping to get for rent and agreed with us considering the excellent condition of the property and all that is included (other agents have priced our property $200 less than what we are getting). During the inspection phase, we had huge turnouts of prospective tenants and the team including Melanie and Louise kept us updated. We were able to find a suitable tenant in less than 2 weeks. Overall I am very satisfied with the quality of their service and with their outstanding agents.
