After living in the family home for 50 years and having all my children grow up in it, then my husband passed away 2 years ago,I then decided to downsize. Jeff gave me a market appraisal which I was very happy with and explained the process of selling my property. I was so impressed with his caring nature and professionalism, that I trusted he would get the result I wanted for the sale of my property. Jeff and his team not only handled the sale of my property but they were 100% behind me trying to find a smaller property for me and helped me every step of the way with that process as well. They attended viewings of properties with me that were with other agents until we finally found a lovely villa that I am so happy with. They handled the sale and the purchase of the new property so professionally. Jeff and his team were fantastic to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend Jeff and his team to anybody that wants to buy and sell. They were absolutely brilliant and will be recommending them to anyone that needs a real estate agent in the future.

We has a great experience working with Jeff. He answered all of our questions and requests promptly and talked the whole process of selling our home which was a first for us. Jeff was very knowledgable and made the whole process of selling our home so simple. He sold our home so fast which was important to us as we had already found our new home and for a better price than we could have hoped or asked for.
