He and his partner helped me to set deadlines on a timeline to sale. He was confident of getting the sale within the realistic price range they provided. He regularly checked to make sure I was on track. He went above and beyond to assist me by taking away larger or heavier items. He was punctual on the day of sale, and followed up on all the offers to negotiate the best possible sale price. I had a signed contract after the first open house.
