The R&W crew really have their fingers on the pulse of Coolum Beach. They know all of the main apartment buildings, their quirks and selling points. Maddie had us listed on Tuesday and an offer above our asking price by the Saturday. Just five days on the market. We then had an unconditional sale by the Tuesday. Just one week potential stress.
