Very professional!
After some less than ideal experiences in the past Oliver Rosati was a welcome change. He was professional to work with and his communication was timely and clear. He made the time and effort to open the property for private viewings which helped us conduct due diligence. A highly credible agent. Recommended.

Very Happy

Great Communicator

A keen Agent!
Being close by it made it easier for purchasers to have access availability to the property at short notice. Oliver was very attentive at all times and any request from both the vendor or prospective purchaser was executed immediately. Oliver Rosetti was polite and respectful without being too pushy which so often puts clients / purchasers off. The property had some Strata report issues which affected the final price attained but nevertheless a good result

Professional and great to work with
Our experience of purchasing a property was that it was seamless, with Oliver’s help. He is a great communicator and kept us informed throughout the process. The negotiation was professional and timely; and we did not have to chase up on any item, as Oliver was already onto it for us. As the selling agent he was working on behalf of the vendor, however we felt that he was working with us equally as the buyers. I would certainly recommend engaging Oliver in any property transaction.
