We find the R&W team at Dapto to be very professional, personable and efficient. They have been thorough with their vetting of tenants for our investment property, keeping us informed along the way. Myself and my 2 housemates are currently renting a property in Figtree through Richardson & Wrench. Our agent is Madison and we have had nothing but positive and genuinely lovely experiences and interactions with her and the rest of the agents. Moving in was such an easy process thanks to Madison's care, kindness and professionalism. Not only is Madison attentive to all queries via email or phone, she deals with everything in such a kind and genuine manner. I have been renting for 9 years now and I can honestly and whole heatedly say that Madison is the best agent I have ever dealt with for so so many reasons. The very few minor issues we have had with our rental have been dealt with efficiently, timely and again- with nothing but kindness from Madison. Myself and my housemates are all so happy to be renting through Richardson & Wrench Dapto and we are in love with our home.

Larni and Leesa have been amazing in supporting us for our first journey of renting out our first investment property. Larni went through all the things we need to know and answered all the questions we have and need to know (as we did not know what we ought to know). Anyone with pets understands how difficult it is to find a rental. Madison from Richardson and Wrench was understanding and highly professional. She went out of her way to help me and we found a gorgeous property with everything I needed and in a brilliant place near to where I can run and exercise my dogs. The office staff are also extremely friendly and helpful.
