I was referred to James by an associate and from the first contact he was totally professional in his approach to all aspects throughout the sale. R&W (James Dunn) were appointed to act on behalf of multiple vendors for the sale of a unit in Woollahra. The expereince and the result was very positive with the property being sold at auction for well in excess of the reserve. While R&W had previously leased the property, as a recently appointed executor, I had no prior experience in dealing with them. They made the sale easy: arranging for some minor repairs, the styling of the vacant unit and introducing us to suitable lawyers. We had sensible discussions around the reserve and they dealt with all stakeholders fairly in a polite and courteous manner.

I used James Dunn to sell an apartment in Oxford st,Darlinghurst in early November.As it was part of my fathers estate,he was very caring,and gave me good advice at each step.He continually updated me,on developments.When the existing tenant became difficult, James went to see him to sit down and chat,he got to the bottom of the problem,and proposed a solution that everybody was happy with.Before the Auction,James was very helpful with bidders last minute contract change advice, at the auction we had 6 bidders ,and he worked hard to get a result well above the reserve.I was so pleased that I again used James for a second property,that I was going to sell later next year,and moved the second property forward to mid December.I have found James to be very accomodating.he is communicative and understanding,with a nothing is a problem attitude.He definitely puts in extra effort,and I can't recommend him highly enough.
