There is a reason why these guys are rated number one in the the East.
They say first impressions last and Jason, Joss and Anne certainly delivered. They were all onsite at my initial meeting to offer their individual input and thoughts on the sale of my property. I found that really comforting and knew I was dealing with the right people. They were very knowledgeable of the area and up to date with current market trends. The advice I was given was accurate and unbias. They facilitated all aspect of my sale, from the fantastic styling by "Jon Paul Interiors" to the conveyancing and legal requirements by Valery and Ian at "Day Legal" to finally the 40 plus showings they did in a very short period of time in challenging conditions to deliver a fantastic result for not only me but the purchaser of my property. I recommend Richardson & Wrench Potts Point/Elizabeth Bay.

Expectations exceeded
We engaged Angelo to sell our apartment and were shocked to see what the end result was, our expectations were blown away and we are very happy vendors.. As far as the rest of the campaign went, Angelo can’t be faulted, truely! He’s polite, fair and organised, we felt at ease and will definitely be using him to help find our next home.

Angelo was highly professional and very prompt in response to my numerous requests for information about the property. Seamlessly easy
Angelo managed to sell our apartment for the perfect price. He sold it quickly despite being hit with lockdown restrictions. The whole process, from my perspective as the seller, was seamless. Amazing, Harworking, Never-give-up!
Angelo was amazing in his knowledge and persistance. Although It took us 6 weeks to achieve an outcome, in the end if it wasn't for Angels professionalism and persistence, We would not be here today! In the end he exceeded my expectation and achieve the sale just before the lockdown, perfect timing! I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a trust worthy agent who works hard for an excellent outcome.

Diligent, Dynamic and always Dapper
Angelo and his team were not only a pleasure to work with from start to finish, but also brought with them an enthusiasm and expertise that was refreshing and such a relief. I have marketed and sold properties before - requiring a lot more hands on to ensure opportunities and adjustments were made within often changing market environments. Angelo was always contactable and provided sound and trustworthy advise even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear. He also never gave up despite my extended difficulties and stubbornness in my own opinions and preferences.
