The Best In The Business
Like a lot of other first home owners, I have been trying to get into the Sydney property market for awhile. Angelo was always on the look out for suitable properties in my price range. With his experience and wisdom he didn’t push me into any of them, instead encouraged me to keep looking until I found something that I loved and was suitable to my circumstances. When he took me through the property I eventually purchased, I fell in love and put an offer in immediately. Angelo liaised between the vendor and myself to take me and my family through at short notice and efficiently negotiated a settlement after we presented our offer. Throughout the entire process Angelo has been supportive, never rushing me but also ensuring that all parties remained happy with the progress of the exchange. His guidance was instrumental in enabling me to navigate the added complexities of a company title property. He always has a smile on his face and is incredible knowledgeable of the property and surrounding suburb. He knew exactly what is required to reach settlement but more importantly he really cares about the people he is dealing with, ensuring that they feel confident and comfortable throughout the process. As a first home buyer, Angelo’s support and trust have been paramount to me being able to achieve a life goal of owning a home. I cannot recommend his services more highly and will seize any opportunity to work with him in the future.

Tough property in a tough market
What impressed me about Penny was how positive and proactive she was in selling my property. Other agents only saw negatives, while at the same time telling me how wonderful a real estate agent they are. The property was sold off market with zero marketing expenses. Penny proactivity put the property on her website (including doing the photos), organised open for inspections for any time and improved the appearance of the property. Highly recommended.

Ms Timothy was the epitome of professionalism in selling 12/103 Victoria Street. This was a difficult time for me as the property belonged to my late partner and Ms Timothy was most understanding of the circumstances. I was most impressed by the analysis that Ms Timothy provided of the market and the particularities of this part of the eastern suburbs; of her negotiating skills in dealing with possible buyers and the time and energy she was prepared to expend in selling the property. I am happy to recommend her as a splendid agent: honest, knowledgeable and hard working. Nothing was a trouble and that attitude is so important when one is selling a property.

My Apartment Sold in Record Time!
I was amazed that Penny was able to sell my apartment in under a week from launch to acceptance of offer and the price achieved was at the high end of expectations despite a difficult market. Not being an experienced seller it was through Penny's expert guidance that I finally got the apartment into presentation mode. She went above and beyond to help me put the finishing touches by bringing me potted plants and arranged for a mirror to be installed all without costing me a cent. I highly recommend Penny for her professionalism; knowledge of the market; keen eye for details and extensive contacts!

Most trustworthy agent I have dealt with
Angelo was awesome to deal with! Angelo exceeded my expectations of a real estate agent, as I found him to be honest, trustworthy and helpful. He had great knowledge of the Potts Point area and gave me lots of advice which lead to me purchasing an apartment. I had been feeling stressed about finding my first home but Angelos transparency and friendliness made the process a whole lot easier for me.
