I found Jason to be extremely knowledgeable, straightforward and always available and those qualities filtered through to his whole team. As I am interstate and this was an emotional sale for me I asked him to help with styling, coordinating with caretakers and solicitors and after the sale, again coordinating with the stylists etc. Jason reported back to me after each open inspection and was in constant contact with me during the difficult times with the approach of the COVID19 shutdown. Jason made me feel like I was his only client as nothing was too much for him to do. I would highly recommend Jason Boon and his team.

Jason is a machine. We got along straight away and he was easy going and a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. He kept me up to date with his progress along the way and always provided an explanation as to why he was making each strategic decision. Hes great at analysing a potential buyer and knowing exactly what to do to get the best price out of them. Sometimes i even think he knows what a buyers thinking before the buyer does themself! Jason also has an incredible team behind him including Anne who was always ahead of the ball with having everything organised and well thought out and Geoff who has a huge network of hot buyers that he brought through my apt.
