Time after time, Angelo did what he said he would. It doesn't sound like a lot but it was amazing to have up front conversations and an abbreviated negotiation that meant that everything moved quickly and as expected. I was always informed about the state of affairs and there were no surprises. His communication was fantastic so that I never felt that I was out of the loop. We bought the apartment through another agent but that didn’t stop Angelo keeping us up to date on the value by providing us comparable sales whenever they occurred while the apartment was rented. We only had the apartment for 15 months and paid $680,000, but when Angelo achieved $850,000 at auction in a slowing market, we were grateful for his skills and market knowledge. His ability to manage the buyers throughout the entire campaign, his experience to keep the buyers with offers on the hook until auction showed he was in control the whole time. When looking to secure an agent there are so many and they all offer similar products and services but Angelo’s attention to detail, responsiveness to queries and his knowledge of the market and local buyers, made it clear he was ahead of the pack. It is hard to see through the suits and tie sometimes but Angelo’s genuity and care for not just the sale but a great price shows his commitment is long term! We recommend him wholeheartedly!
