Luke is impressive from start to finish
Luke is as likeable as he is an extremely effective agent. I originally contacted him after I had watched him consistently achieve amazing prices for properties in the area of our investment units. He was patient as we procrastinated, respectful through the multiple agent quoting process and charming when we didn't go ahead. A year later when I re-contacted him he again came through, ultimately selling our unit for a price we were very happy with. More so, he made the process so easy and pleasant. It's worth listening to Luke, his advice his good, his delivery honest and trustworthy. Use this guy, he is great.

Great results
l was really happy with the way that Luke conducted the sale, he has a great relaxed and genuine personality that l felt comfortable with right away and throughout the campaign. Luke has a great knowledge of the area and with his honesty always gave realistic figures. As well as achieving a great price for my apartment, Luke also arranged a painter, stylist and solicitor for me. l would only highly recommend Luke to anyone wanting a smooth sale from the start to the end.

Brilliant Result

Gazebo building record sale
Luke sold us our apartment in the Gazebo in 2012. He was professional and worked for us as well as the vendor. We would never have secured our first home without him.
