Allan has great knowledge and understanding of he local market and how it operates. Very honest and easy to work with. Allan gave us good insight into this which helped us determine our market position and to be able to be flexible to the market changes. Allan's local connections were really helpful in smoothing the path to get into our next property after selling this one with them. Allan seems to know everyone and everyone seems to know and respect him him - great supportive network. Allans service did not end with the sale - he went on to support us through the conveyancing and finalisation of the sale, and was always communicating with us so hat we were always in the picture . Would thoroughly recommend him to first time sellers (and all others).
