Hendra insight of the market is very accurate and professional .He is very very honest , very intelligent well experienced and very kind and respectable and very patient agent in his dealings with clients .He gives you the very right and accurate advice from the beginning of the campaign .If I listened to his advice from the beginning He could have sold my property at a high and reasonable price quickly.But unfortunately I went to extremes and I asked for an unreasonable price and I lost a good opportunity to achieve the sale quickly.Then the market became very volatile and unstable and it took us long to sell . I thank Hendra so much for being so patient and kind along the way of the sale until we achieved again a good and reasonable price.I can’t image anyone else would could have borne with me for such a long period of time .So in other words I confirm that Hendra is an absolutely fabulous boss and real estate agent and I thank him so much for all his efforts and patience.
