About Aris

This may be a very straight forward thing to say but Aris puts his clients first at all times. His sole focus is guiding people through what can often be a highly emotional property transaction, ALWAYS with the right advice – not what suits his own interests. This has seen him develop many trusted life long relationships. Born into a family run Agency he has extensive theoretical and practical training in every role across the business. Educated at Sydney Technical Boys Selective High as well as Macquarie University (Bachelor of Arts – Majors in Politics, Mass Communications & Psychology) Aris also obtained the Advanced Certificate in Property Agency at Petersham TAFE and entered the business full time in 1994. He intimately understands the right advice builds instant trust and achieves the best possible outcome. The numerous record sale prices obtained and awards won are testament to this. Happily married since 1999 and the father of three children, the youngest of which is on the Autism Spectrum, Aris has learned both humility and the deep satisfaction of giving to others without the promise or desire of receiving anything back. A standout agency from property management to sale

We have been extremely happy with the level of service provided by Richardson & Wrench Marrickville. Before selling our property, they managed it for us. We had interviewed a number of property managers before choosing them, and they stood out immediately. Emma was fantastic, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful, which gave us confidence we were making the right choice. From there, Lee (no longer with the business) and Ryan were also outstanding. The communication, follow-up and overall management of the property were consistently strong, and we always felt like everything was being handled properly. When it came time to sell, the experience continued to be just as positive. Despite selling in a cooling property market, Aris was calm, reassuring and completely in control throughout the campaign. At no point did we feel worried about his ability to sell the property or achieve the best possible outcome. Aris’s communication was exceptional from start to finish. We were always kept up to date, knew exactly what was happening, and felt informed at every stage. He was proactive, responsive and honest. We always felt like the selling of the property was in capable hands. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an agency they can trust to manage or sell their property.
