We have been extremely happy with the level of service provided by Richardson & Wrench Marrickville. Before selling our property, they managed it for us. We had interviewed a number of property managers before choosing them, and they stood out immediately. Emma was fantastic, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful, which gave us confidence we were making the right choice. From there, Lee (no longer with the business) and Ryan were also outstanding. The communication, follow-up and overall management of the property were consistently strong, and we always felt like everything was being handled properly. When it came time to sell, the experience continued to be just as positive. Despite selling in a cooling property market, Aris was calm, reassuring and completely in control throughout the campaign. At no point did we feel worried about his ability to sell the property or achieve the best possible outcome. Aris’s communication was exceptional from start to finish. We acted as executors for my uncles estate and engaged with various estate agents from around the area. Neither my cousin or myself are from the area and needed to rely on an agent that we felt would be less about flashy real estate carry on and more about a personal and considerate approach to selling my uncles pride and joy. Both Tina and Aris impressed me from the first meeting as they were the ONLY agents that listened to what we wanted and were empathetic to the charitable side of my uncles wishes. With a very challenging set of circumstances facing the Sydney property market, they were able to zero in on a couple of potential buyers and the property was sold approx 4 weeks prior to auction. We are very happy with the overall experience and the property went for a very fair and reasonable price.
