As a first home buyer, dealing with so many REA's has almost led to a form of some would say PTSD, so when I first met Tina who was so calm and collected at the viewing I was waiting for the other shoe to drop. Little did I know, those heels were firmly - secured!! Not only is she a responsive and timely agent, she's also direct yet warm who doesn't intimidate her potential buyers. (Rare, I know) She honestly is one of the only REAs who felt genuine and wasn't creating conversation that was purely transactional she listened carefully to try and manage between vendor and buyer.
