The level of interest he created was extraordinary; 44 groups through our first open, and we ultimately sold unconditionally after just 11 days on market, two weeks ahead of the scheduled auction. What truly set Joseph apart, however, was his honesty and professionalism. He managed our expectations carefully, kept us grounded, and was always focused on long-term credibility rather than short-term hype. His communication was exceptional; he set up a WhatsApp group so we were constantly updated in real time, along with structured check-in calls to step back and assess progress strategically.
