Steve was nothing but totally professional from the moment he contacted us to enquire if we were interested in selling. The key for us was that we had not planned to sell and were in no way ready or willing to disrupt our life at the time unless the process was conducted with minimum interference to our routine as my wife and I both work from home. From the initial contact by Steve and the final offer that we accepted the time that elapsed was a total of 16 days with just 4 pre-arranged inspections. In order for us to sell we always told Steve that it had be worth our while financially and once again Steve over delivered in this aspect as well.
